Sam Mellish Photography:: Sam Mellish was born and brought up in Suffolk, UK. Learning 35mm photography whilst on a project with Raleigh International in Namibia at the age of 19, his passion for travel saw him working as a freelance chef around the world as he built his portfolio and made the transition to full-time editorial and documentary photographer. Sam’s early career saw him working with the leading extreme sports magazines and associated brands, before returning to London at the age of 28 to study for a Master of Arts in Photojournalism. He has since settled in the city, where he has broadened his client base to include some of the UK’s leading commercial brands, and continues to publish and exhibit his work.
